The document reads, in part: "It is stated that Khanum Buzurg, the daughter of the deceased Muhammad ʻAli Khan [from] Dawdangah and the wife of Sayyid Muhammad (son of the deceased Sayyid Jaʻfar Razavi), has passed away. Her inheritors are two daughters and a son. She had inherited belongings (cows, sheep, and some properties) from her father. Now that the guardian of these children is their father, Sayyid Muhammad, the property inherited by the children should be given to him. The document reads, in part: "It is stated that Gul Bibi, the wife of Sayyid Jaʻfar, was previously the wife of the deceased Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar. The deceased Mirza Abu al-Hasan had previously calculated the value of Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar's belongings and realized that all the properties were equal to Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar's wife's mahr and, based on shariʻah law, he had given them all to her. The affiants should write their names and seal this document so that it becomes valid. December 1802 or January 1803." On the margin, Jahan Banu and Hasan have testified as affiants."

‘Aliyah Khanum's affidavit, 1931
‘Aliyah Khanum asks for the testimony of the people who have knowledge of her father Haji Isma‘il Aqa ‘Arab's belongings. She wants their testimony regarding Haji Isma‘il's partnership with his brother, Haji Muhammad Husayn ‘Arab, who is now in possession of Haji Isma‘il's inheritance after his death, and lists the following as her father's seven inheritors: Zahra Khanum, Taj Khanum, ‘Aliyah Khanum, Sakinah Khanum, Ahmad Aqa, ‘Ali Aqa, and Muhammad Baqir.

Managing Mirza ‘Ali Khan's inheritance, 1916
After the death of Mirza ‘Ali Khan, son of Mirza ‘Abd al-Karim Khan Mu‘tamad, and the testimony of his brothers (with Mulla Mirza Ahmad Shaykh al-Islam's presence), regarding the absence of a male heir, his properties were divided amongst his wives and daughters, and the management of the rest of his properties was assigned to his older brother, Mirza Muhammad Riza Vazir. Now, after one year, because of Mirza Muhammad Riza's illness, this responsibility is transferred to his brother, Mirza ‘Abd al-Ghaffar Khan Mu‘tamad al-Iyalah.
